Drive Thru Flu Clinic!

We are having our 5th Annual Drive Thru Flu Clinic on Saturday, October 2nd! To help us make things run as smoothly as possible, we ask that you please do the following:

• Sign up ahead of time! You can sign up three different ways, by sending us a portal message, filling out this survey here, or by calling the office!
• Please use the entrance off of 29th Street to enter the parking lot on the East side of our building. 
• Please make sure kids 5 years and under have a leg free or a leg easily accessible. Anyone 6 years and older just need an arm free (or a leg if they prefer.)
  
• ​Please follow the map below to form the line for the clinic. This will help us have the most efficient "Fast Flu" Drive Thru!
